Cancellation-Charge Policy:
- During your reservation we will charge either a part (advance payment) or the entire amount depending on what you have chosen in the reservation form on our website.
- You can cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival with a refund of the entire amount of the reservation.
- If a cancellation is made in less than 7 days there will be no refund for the full amount of the reservation.
- In case you do not show up on the specified date of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will also be withheld and the room will be allocated.

- The accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation in cases of force majeure. In this case any charges will be refunded.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 72 hours is done with the reimbursement of the entire amount paid (in advance or in full) without penalties.
- After 72 hours a penalty of one hundred percent of the advance paid will be charged.
- If the amount has been paid in full, a penalty of forty percent is charged.
- We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for compensation in case of no-show for good reasons accepted by the insurer.

Credit card
To complete your reservation you will need to provide us with your credit card details. You hereby consent to us charging the same card as any other charges provided for in these terms.
Taxes and Service Charges:
The accommodation is not subject to VAT and overnight stay tax.
Residents and children:
- Adults, for whom the normal charge is, are considered persons who have reached the age of 17
- The maximum number of adults per apartment is 2. The price per day and apartment is valid for two adults.
- For children under 3 years of age, accommodation is free.
- For each child from 4 to 17 years of age, you will be charged an additional cost of 20.00 euros per night and apartment.
- The maximum number of children per apartment is two, provided that the number of adults does not exceed two.
Pets:
Not allowed.

Prohibitions:
- Smoking inside the apartments. If you violate this condition, you will be charged an amount equal to one day’s charge.
- The use of candles inside the apartments.
- Parties and gatherings.
- Overnight stays are not allowed without the permission of the accommodation manager.
- Please respect the quiet hours:
- Winter (October 1st to March 31st) quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30.
- Summer (April 1st to September 30th) quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:30.
- Use of the kitchen is allowed only by adults and for the preparation of light meals.
Use of the accommodation
- Guests are obliged to keep the accommodation clean and to make good and careful use of it.
- Guests are responsible for repairing any damage or theft that may be caused by them to the accommodation’s facilities and equipment and must restore them. The accommodation has the right to use the credit card provided at the time of booking, which will be charged with the amount corresponding to the damage, if any.
- The accommodation is not responsible for the use and content of the internet. However, it is prohibited to connect to websites that contain information or images prohibited by law and you accept the accommodation’s ability to control use and prohibit access to specific websites.
- The credit card holder is responsible for complying with all terms.
Security and responsibilities of the accommodation:
- The accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage that may be caused to the guest’s luggage or belongings, as it does not provide a storage service. Each guest is obliged to take care of the safety of their belongings and for this reason a safe is provided in each room.
- For security reasons, guests must keep the apartment entrance card until the date and time of their departure and leave it on the desk. In case the card is lost or not returned, there will be an additional cost of 20 euros and it will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
- In any case of damage to the life or health of the guest, the accommodation’s civil liability is limited to the amount of € 50,000
- The accommodation’s corridors are monitored by closed circuit television, which you accept. The accommodation will not use the images except in the event of committing or suspecting the commission of illegal acts.
- Any liability of the accommodation for slight negligence is excluded.
